If a house is advertised at $ 1,000 on Hotpads, are there additional costs that are charged (not including utilities) such as taxes. ie. What would the final price be? The city is Charlotte NC. Thanks!

Hello,

Generally property managers will list the actual monthly rent (with taxes included). The additional charges are generally just utilities, plus the security deposit. You can contact the property manager directly through the contact box on the right side of the listing to get more information.
