We have a signed renewal for another 1 year lease but the management office that represents the condo assoceiation denied our renewal and won't tell us why. Do we have any rights here?

The management office has had the request since Feb 22nd and is just now replying to our emails. Our current lease is up March 31. Do we have any rights? Although we do not want to have the expense and the energy to move we feel that giving us 3 weeks is too short.

Yes. You should have been told why they will not renew and you should also be given ample time to move. Check with your local attorney for more help with this matter as will as your association by laws in regards to the process of non renewal and moving.
