Please help me!!!! They want money but dog is not main.

I had few times dog siting about my mother in law dog. Dog is not main. Staff from Apartment community saw me few times and now they want money 500usd. Please help me!!!!

I would suggest getting a notarized letter from your mother in law saying the dog is not yours, and is under her ownership.
