You need to bring them up to at least 620 min. If your scores are low, check to see if you have anything in collections, and try to set up payment arrangements. Once it comes out of collections, the only thing that will bring them up is time. And, No late payments, the more recent the late payment, the more of a hit your credit score will take. Good luck.

I checked into lexington law, and you wanna atleast check out the evidence of scams prior to making a decision to go with them, there is a lot of up front money put out for little results I've read. I'm glad I didn't choose them, so I'm not speaking from personal experience.

You can find homes even with low credit scores there are companies that can help you. Theres one called Autumn Hill Financing that not only helps you find a home through their program but they will also report to the credit bureau every time you make a monthly payment so it also builds your credit.

You can consider seller financing a home for a period of 1-3 years then work with a credit restoration program such as lexington law to help you remove the negatives from your credit report. They can also advise you on building your score. After 1-3 years your credit should be high enough to refinance the home into a regular conventional mortgage and you will have already received credit fromt he payments you made on the home

Hi, This I$ a buyer's market. I SELL homes through a lease with the option to purchase. Must have verifiable income/employment, be willing to change some behaviors neccessary to improve your credit score (through HUD approved counselling agency...not the scams on the internet!), AND have at least 3% to move in.

You can visit www.buyproperty4lesstoday.com and complete your individual preferences. We'll locate homes and forward the info. to your email.

I work with homeowner's and real estate investor's EAGER to help you achieve the "dream" of home ownership!

Tell me what you're looking for at www.buyproperty4lesstoday.com and I'll locate it!

Thanx,
George
