I'm sure just as many non-section 8 tenants damaged their homes as well, In my opinion many landlords don't accept section 8 due to racial issues, or they don't want to keep property up to pass an yearly inspection. What these landlords fail to realize is section 8 doesn't always pay the tenant's rent(tenants pay rent when they have income). If the tenant loses income, section 8 takes over payments. I'd rather rent to section 8 tenants because I know the lease won't be broken and I'll still get my rent every month!!!

It's simply a risk vs reward thing. Law of averages. If anyone takes real estate investing personally, they should find something else to do because you will just stay mad. It's not for thin skinned people.

And there u have it. Point proven for the question at hand. Keep moving forward because it's ignorance like what (A Baker) had to say in response that would make the world a better place if he/she didn't exist. So with that being said...You're invisible (A Baker) and shall I add that the leeching began with your ancesters and we're still not paid in full so for the moment...Let's call it even (Can we all just get alone)NaaaNaaa1
