I lease a house the landlord put the house up for sale, I have 3 more months on lease. do I have rights?

The realitor wants to put a box with a key on the door. this was not on the lease agreement! and wants to let strangers in to see the house.

Brad,

In Georgia, typically lease agreements address a landlord's ability to view a property with potential buyers with a 24 hour notice to tenant. But what you are asking may not be a real estate question as much as it is a legal question. If you were represented by a Realtor or real estate licensee when you signed the lease, I suggest starting by asking them the questions and if you are not satisfied with the answer, find a lawyer to answer your question. Good luck.

You are allowed to stay in a residence no matter who the owner is, and as long you have a lease agreement.
