College student; need affordable, nice place to rent near UTA; if all bills are included, my interest level will immediately go up. Total rent less than $650/month Does anywhere like this exist?

I am a college student and need a new place to live (in Arlington, TX) no later than mid-April. I do not want an apartment; I want wither a detached house, duplex, quadraplex, or condo. I have a small dog, who is house and kennel trained. My top priorities are: a fenced backyard, 2 bedrooms, less than $600/month, W/D hookups, cable- and internet-ready, and all kitchen appliances included (refrigerator, range, oven, dish washer, disposal.) I would very much like this place to be less than 2 miles to UTA, have at least 1.5 baths, and allow me to paint the walls. Please help me out!
