i'm 13 can i rent or do i have to be 19 or 22 i have to go my mom and dad are going to a 2 bed home and we need a 3-4 bed so i have to go

You can normally break a lease if you pay a fee. Speak with the owner/rental property office and figure out what is written in "fine print" on your lease.

In most states if a relocation of more than 30 miles is required due to employment, the lease is voided, however you are still obligated to provide sufficient notice to the owner. Check your local tenant laws.
