Do I have to get a home inspected if it comes with a warranty? What does the warranty cover? How can I find inspector reasonably priced?

We are looking to buy our first house!!!!!! The home has been completely remodeled and comes with a 1 year warranty. How much is an inspector and where can I find one reasonably priced just for my... own peace of mind? Let alone do I need to have it inspected? Or I should for my own sake. Sorry I'm new to all this

We Agents always recommend for home inspection, it is a must in our office, an inspection may be able to fine mistakes you may not notice, I had the building ones redo the whole flooring tiles of (17k), and other instants replace several of them, it is worth spending $300 to $550 for inspection rather having to pay more for future repairs. Your Agent should be able to provide more than one inspector for you to chose from, if you don t have one, call any Real Estate Agency will be happy to provide you with some.

Correction: Hd the Builder Redo the Tiles. Asto for the Home warranty, call them and find out what they cover, their coverage is very limited. I experiance it myself.
