NEED ADVISE PLEASE HELP!!!!
Okay I'm looking for answers and hope those of you can help ith options. My father was hit by a drunk driver 9 years ago on... his way to work. Due to the accident he is permanently disabled. 5 years later my mom herniated & ruptured discs in her back. Needless to say neither one is working now nor has been for 4 years. She got taken care of but the y eliminated her dept yada yada regardless she can't find anything not even Mcdonald's or waWa will hire her b/c her credentials are hire then those running it.I don't want anything but your advice on how to SAVE, KEEP a house
I have a family and 5 young boys of my own I am the only child they have and do not know what to do.
#1 priority is I need to know what can be done without the mortgage company screwing them.
HOW CAN THEY SAVE THEIR HOUSE?????
#2 My mom contacted the credit consumer people about filing for bankruptcy but said they have to see if they're approved.
How Can they save their house????
I don't have the $$$ to give, they spend most of his SS check on his meds.
