Whatever you do stay out of Mayport! I am from Jacksonville and my husband is in the Navy so we lived there for awhile. It is full of trash and drugs. Try looking at Monterey Condos off of Beach Blvd. and Kernan Blvd. They have a beautiful two bedroom, two story townhouse. We have kids also and it is a nice neighborhood and great schools! Good luck

I agree with Cora....you don't want to live on Mayport Rd. Also some listings on HotPads say Atlanic beach BUT it is on Mayport Rd. Look on San Pablo North and South....lots of neighborhoods so you will have a mix of Apts and Houses. I rented off of San Pablo North (off of Atlantic Blvd) for a year and liked it. I was in the neighborhood closest to the Marsh and we paid 1200 for a 3 bedroom with a Loft on a pond. Also Kernan Blvd and Hodges Blvd. Try the Woods Neighborhood off of Atlantic Blvd. It is an Older Gated Community that has homes for rent....lots of kids. You might want to look at the schools before you get a house though.

Food for thought...the further away from the beach that you get the cheaper the rent will be...Generally you can get more house for less....Just be careful where you choose

Similar to all the south East Asian countries, Ugg Boots Indonesia is also very proud of the street food culture of Bali which is very vibrant. Here are some of the most prominent uses of fruit in Indian cooking.
