Anyone have a rental home in the Frederick, Mt. Airy, Germantown, or Eastern WV area? We are looking for a house with 3 bedrooms that allows pets.

We do not have perfect credit, but we have excellent rental history, references, and income. Can provide proof of all of those things. Can provide explanation of credit situation as well if needed. Hoping someone can help. Would be willing to make an extra security deposit payment or agree to other reasonable terms to make up for the lack of credit. We are working on fixing our credit but we need to move within the month or so, and its not going to happen overnight! Our family consists of my husband, myself, and our two young children. We have a medium sized dog as well who is very clean and well behaved. We would be interested in renting to own if available too. Wherever we end up, we would like to stay for awhile (2 years or more... more would be great!) Thanks!
