i live in beaverton now but would like to move downtown to be near school (PSU) and work. as a student, i need something functional and reasonably priced for myself.

My family has been helping me financially with school and living at home but at this point, it's time for me to take the reins and start the next phase in my life. I am hoping for something under 600 a month since my hours at work are limited with school taking up the majority of my time. It would be most efficient to find a studio apartment or 1 bedroom located between campus (PSU near SW Clay and Park ave) and work (near 21st and Lovejoy). Some details that may or may not make a difference are that I'm 19, female, and not yet used to the city. I appreciate any suggustions.
