Hello Donna, I am not sure if Angela took you up on your offer, but my husband and I am in a almost identical situation. We were just told that our mod will not be approved. We have live in Randallstown since 2006. We are very hard workers and both have stable employment. I have been at my present job (gov contractor) for 11 years and my husband has been at his present job for six years. If your home is still available for rent, please contact me. I am desperate and a little scared because of my situation. We have school aged kids and would really like to stay in the area. We can afford up to $1,800 a month.
