Is a brand new home usually worth more than an older home of exactly the same size and style? If so, how much more?

Depends on if by older you mean historic and if your new house is in a historic neighbrohood or not. But generally I'd say a new home would go for more than one 20 years old. Not sure how much more- it would depend on the average sale price for where your home is located

Hello Lou,
Thank you for the reply. I meant a new home, compared to one about 4 or 5 years old.
Thanks,
