Call me, Jane Rundell at Wells Fargo Mortgage, toll free 800.981.9031 ext 8031 and I will get you pre qualified over the phone. I can help you with your mortgage in any state and I have great rates. You may qualify for an FHA which requires less of a down payment or if you find a home in a rural area we may be able to get you into a home with no down payment. I look forward to talking with you.

The first step to buying a home is to get pre-approved. This will determine how much money you will need to close the transaction and how much your monthly payment will be. Once you find a home you would like to make an offer on, then you will be able to provide this document to your Real Estate Agent in order to submit an offer. There are lots of different programs available and some of them provide down payment assistant programs.
