I think that's a little hard to come by, but you can look in Inwood, you're not far from there, and I was told that they have desirable rentals but you have to make connections because in today's market its all who you know. So I would try to get started by speaking to people and reaching out. I looked on Craigslist but they seem to be very low on listings at this time.
