I am an artist and am searching for an apartment in an artist community. Where do I need to look?

rent around 450 and preferably without carpet. Of course artist loft would be great.

I like Cornerstone rental properties. They are usually very good with maintenance and the neighbors are considerate.

You need to look in the capital hill area! very artist oriented very bohemian. a lot of the apartments up for rent in this area usually do not show on sites like this though because many are in old victorian mansions that have been converted into apartments.
