I am having problems posting ads, it won't allow me to edit my profile. I don't have a website and it won't allow me to update my profile without one.Also, where do i get a floorplan?

I think you are referring to the custom URL we allow you to choose for your profile url. This is just what you want your link to be. For instance, I chose "colleen", so my url is http://hotpads.com/profile/colleen.
If you don't have a floorplan image, you can select to input a summary only. Just tell us how many bedrooms it has, and enter any specific info you want to include.
