HOW CAN I FIND A APARTMENT IN NYC THAT ACCEPT HASA PROGRAM

Student and HASA Client in Immediate Need of an Apartment!

If you are a landlord or broker in contact with a landlord willing to work with HASA, you won t find a better client to work with

I am Responsible ------I am Mature ------ I am Quiet

But, most of all, I m a dedicated student seeking a reasonably safe and accessible apartment so I can complete my studies and succeed in life.

Being a HASA client, means that you will be assured of the rent being paid I cannot lose my assistance for any reason!

Once I have the lease or an agreement, I guarantee to ensure my case worker begins immediate processing, and will not rest until you have the money in your hand.

HASA will pay my first month s rent; one full month s rent as a security deposit; and any broker s fees that I encounter.

HASA will easily pay up to $950/month for a studio apartment or up to $1100/month for a one bedroom apartment - but will pay more if utilities are included.

I welcome all assistance whether it is an apartment opportunity or just some good advice!

I'm suffering the net looking for apt HSA like you but I just peeped your picture. How can you expect a landlord to want to rent to you with your middle finger pointed at them? just saying, Soon I will be an investment property owner this spring with some friends and will be taking in HSA clients only but I can tell you seeing your display here I would not even give you the consideration.

As you know HASA does not pay brokers fees, which makes things difficult.

HOW CAN I FIND A APARTMENT IN NYC THAT ACCEPT HASA PROGRAM
Student and HASA Client in Immediate Need of an Apartment!

If you are a landlord or broker in contact with a landlord willing to work with HASA, you won t find a better client to work with

I am Responsible ------I am Mature ------ I am Quiet

But, most of all, I m a dedicated student seeking a reasonably safe and accessible apartment so I can complete my studies and succeed in life.

Being a HASA client, means that you will be assured of the rent being paid I cannot lose my assistance for any reason!

Once I have the lease or an agreement, I guarantee to ensure my case worker begins immediate processing, and will not rest until you have the money in your hand.

HASA will pay my first month s rent; one full month s rent as a security deposit; and any broker s fees that I encounter.

HASA will easily pay up to $950/month for a studio apartment or up to $1100/month for a one bedroom apartment - but will pay more if utilities are included.

I welcome all assistance whether it is an apartment opportunity or just some good advice!

Hello, I am a mother of 3 boys looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in Staten Island with the FEPS program. My voucher is $1100 and I am willing to pay extra if possible. Why is finding an Apt.. so hard ...i been looking for almost a year now i just want a 1 bedroom apt in staten island or brooklyn in a decent nieghborhood just because i recieve hasa doesnt mean i need to be subjected to un safe living !! every apt i viewed has been terrible plus in really bad nieghborhoods ! ...and all the realitors i call do not help ....then try searching online or ask your social worker for help goes no where ... half the listing online are scams or bull and social worker huh if u can get them on the phone ur pretty lucky so with all that being said ...i really need help with web sites or realitors who are not trying to scam me ....someone please help ....
