My family of four is moving to Anchorage at the end of January. Any hot tips for finding a decent rental in a good school district? Need to find a home for around 1200-1300 a month.
We're moving from Seattle to Anchorage on a fixed budget. Have no idea where the 'good' areas for a middle income family are and we are concerned about rental prices and education for our two small children.
