Where do I find a single family house for rent in Columbia, SC?

Looking to rent a 3 or 4 bedroom/2 bath single family house in 29201, 29210 near the river walking areas, 29169 West Columbia river walking areas, and maybe with a basement or not. Areas we like are near Greystone and Broad River areas near the river walk ways in the 29210 zipcode, DOWNTOWN in 29201 including Olympia with no flooding, West Columbia 29169 near the Green way walking river site. We just FINALLY want a house with porch and/or screened porch and privacy from apartment life. Please no condos or apartment rentals. Adult college graduate family of 3 with MANY years good references renting. Price no more than $750 a month. A garage would be great. Would like a yard if possible. Perhaps a tri-level with basement made into in-law quarters or suite is available with 1/2 bath and laundry room. I'm giving LOTS of NOTICE and IDEAS with time to look and hear from someone. Our desired time frame needed is for August 2011 move-in but must give notice May 2011. We have had our 2 special bred cats (cousins)very docile who are 11 years old.
