First time renting and no credit. Does this hurt my chances?

Hi Erica,

It does make it a bit more challenging in general. However, property managers are aware that younger people have to start somewhere! It will help a lot if you have someone who can guarantee or co-sign your loan. You'll also want to be able to show that you bring home more than enough to cover the rent.

Good luck!

It's harder, but if you can show that you make enough money you should be ok. You might want to offer putting down more money up front or paying a couple months in advance for good faith
