prop managers usually have rules they have to follow. Pit bulls are considered an aggressive breed, so even if you have insurance for it, there is still a lot of responsibility and plus a lot of people would be scared of living in a place that had a lot of bigger aggressive dogs especially if they had children
you would probably be better trying to find a townhouse or house or a smaller prop manager company or individual owner. Some might not have hard rules to follow and so you can bring your dog to meet them if it is nice
