Landlord has attached home (front door located directly in front of mine) is a self proclaimed nudist! I made it known that his naked habits are not appreciated! He claims he knows Hawaii law and ...

he is well within his rights! He makes me very uncomfortable. How do I get out of my lease with this old creepy landlord?

Every renter has the "right of quiet enjoyment" in their home. That means you can't be subjected to anything that is not reasonable, and clearly while it might not be illegal in Hawaii (it's not?), him walking around naked in front of you is definitely not what I would call a "reasonable" thing. Fight it!
