If you are renting stay away from anything run by Regatta Management. Stay away from Laser Condominiums on 201 Jefferson Ave, Miami Beach 33139 (it is a shabby old building very poorly maintained) Stay away from many of the "bargains" South of Fifth and remember you get what you pay for.
