How can I get an apartment or any home for that matter without a credit history or job that provides check stubs?

I'm paid under the table but make about $1600 a month. My mom wants me out of her house in 30 days, what can I do???

Hello. I receive a total of $1,244 for my social security check each month. I can provide the paperwork showing this, will that qualify for me to move in, or will I need still need to submit a credit check as well?I'm interested in a one bedroom around the $625 price range.

Hello,

Not being able to provide pay stubs will certainly make it more difficult to rent your own place. HOwever, if you have money saved up that can prove that you are capable of paying the rent, that might help. It may also help to be able to show that every 2 weeks you put $800 into your bank account on a regular basis.

It would be great if your mom or someone else would co-sign on your lease. YOu may still have to pay a bit more up front, but that should put their mind to rest a little bit.

You can still rent a nice place. We have an extended hotel that is resonable and breakfast is included.
