CIs there any where I can lease a house with a felony conviction from 1992 on my record?

I got in some trouble when I was younger and now I am over 52 and would love to rent a nice house. I have nothing distrubing like pedofiles or anything like that. my charge was felony theft. I have worked and have been very productive since I have been home. and no more trouble have i been in. I jus want a nice quite place to live. go to work and church and do my college studying. I am not a loud or noisy person and can afford my bills.

Hi Cindy,
I think we could find a landlord that would be willing to lease to you, but it will also depend on past rental history, and credit score. A landlord may be willing to overlook that with other positives presented. Let me know if I can help. I am a Realtor in the Northern Tarrant County corridor and service all of the Fort Worth area.
