I have an eviction that I'm currently paying on from 2004-2005, been employed for 9years going on 10years, is there ever going to be anyway I can rent a place for me & child?

Prefer a duplex, condo, townhome and decent area of natomas OR greenhaven. 2bd/2ba,garage,washer/dryer(or hook-up). I will take care of your property as if it were mine. I'm fixing my credit to buy property one day for my family.

Hi Danielle,

It does make it difficult to rent when you have an eviction, but it is certainly not impossible.

Here's a link to our 2 bedroom, 2 bath housing search in Sacramento with a garage and a washer/dryer:

HotPads search: Rental Housing Listings in Sacramento, CA

Here are your options if you only want to see townhomes and duplexes:

Good luck with your search!
