Does anyone have a 3/2+ house or duplex for rent in North Austin?
My roommates and I are looking for a house or duplex to rent in North Austin, ideally the Parmer/Metric area, but North Central and similar areas are okay, too. Definitely want to stay in Travis County. There are three pets - two medium-sized dogs (non-agressive breeds, 60 & 70 pounds) and a cat. 3+bedrooms and 2.5+ baths is ideal, though we could possibly go as small as a 2/2, depending on the floorplan. We'd like to keep rent at or below $1000/month, a house or duplex is preferred. We're looking at moving around October 20th, with some flexibility on the exact date, as long as it's before October 31st.A little about us: there are 3 of us, a married couple and myself. No children, no plans on children. We're typically pretty quiet.
