I am in need of a 3-4 bedroom home in the san diego, spring valley, lemon grove area for under $1500 a month. Is there anything out there available that is not in the ghetto?

My Fiance and I are getting married in about 1-2 months, we are looking for a 4 bedroom place but can make due with 3 and we really need at least 2 bathrooms and we prefere a house, or townhome. We are looking for a long term place but can't seem to find anything within our price range. We have a small dog, 15 1/2 pounds and would like to keep her with us if possible. We have prefered areas like Lemon Grove, Spring Valley, La Mesa or San Diego, however, we'll go just about anywhere in San Diego for an affordable price and for a nice neighborhood.
