I highlighted the zip codes, and put on the public schools so you can see where the houses are in relation to the schools.

It might be a bit hard to find things already for February or March, as many property managers only require their current tenant to give them 60 days notice, meaning they don't konw at this time whether they will have vacancies or not. But, you can still get to know the area and what you can expect in terms of features and amenities at certain price points, so it's good you are getting started so early!
