Professional couple seeking long term annual rental of 3 to10 years in LWR, Rosedale, River Club or Tara. Unfurnished 2 bedroom/2 bath with den and 2 car garage, single family home, villa or townhome. We are a mid 50's couple without children, no pets and are non-smokers and have been residents of Sarasota (LWR) for over 5 years.
