Is there anyway to optimize my listings? That is to say, how do I make them more visible and not get lost in the shuffle?
Obviously I want to make my rental listings as "prospect-productive" as possible. If I'm renting in the Temple University area to a predominantly student clientele, are there keywords that I should be including in my descriptions to make my listings more prominent in the searches?
