Does any one know where there is a townhouse/condo or small house (over 1000 sq ft) is located and for rent?

I am looking for a townhouse/condo or small house with garage in the West Ashley area. I am single female with two small dogs combine weight 35 lbs. They are house trained and 8 year old. I am looking for a safe location live. Would like to find something and move by the first or middle of March. If anyone know of anything please let me know.
