It needs to be or can easily be made wheelchair accessible for our 16 year oldspecial needs girl. We are trying to exclude NN, but crossing over into Gloucester or Smithfield is ok. Prefer a ranch, 1400+ sq. ft. Time is important as we may be moving withing the next 2 to 4 weeks. A garage is a must and wheelchair accessible is mandatory. Mainly this means not many steps to get in the house. We can install a ramp if it's feasible. I would also be interested in a rent-to-own for the right place.
