2 bedroom, 1 bath, single unit home for rent under 500/month?

Hello! My husband, daughter and I are looking for a single unit home (if possible) for rent or rent to own. Anywhere within the US, at least 2 bedroom, and perferably 500$ a month or below. We woul...d also prefer a place that will accept animals, or at least small pets (a cat or something). Any help would be great!
