What is the best area near downtown to raise a family and find a affordable place. Right nw renting in Tampa 2/1 800.00 need bang for buck!

Need near downtown we are a young family and also in need of nightlife. But looking for area to raise family 2-3 bedrooms affordable.

Vinings is nice, and you can find good, affordable housing in that area. Also Dunwoody. Neither are far from downtown, 15-20 minutes max with traffic.
