Nice young family with 4 children, looking for a nice place in a nice neighborhood for a reasonable rate.

Looking for a single family home, preferably outside of the city. Country living would be best. Niagara or Erie county. 3 bedrooms+ over 1000 sq ft. Craigslist is full of crappy houses in crappy neighborhoods and rental sites only list places way out of my budget. Looking for to pay for around $800. We are a clean, young, responsible family with stable work history and income, we just need more room. Can anyone help?
