Is there a rental that will allow you to make payments on deposits?

The place we live will be going into foreclosure in March and I started a job in June. I am looking for a place where I can make payments for the deposit because we don't have the money to pay the deposit at the moment. We also do not have a rental history because we are living in my deceased fathers home for the past 13 years, while I took care of him.
