I am looking for a two or three bedroom house in the Arlington/Grand Prairie area, preferably not to go over $800 per month. However, I am not able to do a matching deposit, unless the owner is willing to work with me and let me pay

it out with rent. I have a PERFECT rental history. Is there anyone who can help me with this problem?...My lease is up January 31st. I would like to have found a place by the first week in January. Thank you for your help.
