Moving from Arizona to Denver, CO area end of year, looking for < $850, 2bed1+bath, W&D in unit, pet friendly home for 4 to 5 years!

My boyfriend and I are moving from Arizona to the Denver, CO area on January 1st 2013 and are visiting next weekend to find our next home. We are bringing along our 6 year old female Cockapoo named Ginger and are looking to find a place to stay in for the next 4 to 5 years at least! We have money saved up to put down for deposits to hold for a few weeks if possible. Could even do a mid December move in date!

Our requirements:

Rent Max $850
2 bed 1+ bath
Washer & Dryer in Unit

Any units with a fenced yard, large tub, walk in closets, fireplace a HUGE plus!
