10107 SE Tibbetts CourtPortland, OR 97266 That's a fraud posting!!! he wants money to be sent out to hi first and than he will send the keys via mail. people be careful there's a lot of ass holes out there that are trying to earn easy money out of peoplebe careful of fraud!!! they will ask you to send first months rent and deposit and than you will receive keys, be very careful!!! Make sure the person owns the house before giving him money. A lot of criminals earning money now days, they know a vacant property where the bank is foreclosing the house and they change the lock will post the house and than advertise it to you, after they receive the money you wont hear from them again. Look up rental frauds on google there's more info and types of frauds that there are
