If I found a house to purchase on my own, is it feasible NOT to use a buyers agent and possibly ask for a lower price on the home since they won't be paying my agents commission?
Im wondering if you HAVE to use a buyers agent to purchase a home...or can you just use a lawyer to close the deal.
