if u had an eviction 3 years ago but youre willing to pay your full lease term would there be an issue although you have had an eviction

got an eviction 3 years ago in ft lauderdale because i got accepted for housing and landlord did not want to write me out my lease(i found out i had an eviction after i had already moved out although i made arrangements to finish lease term) w however im currently looking to move to augusta ga soon and i dont want to have a hassle looking for a place im willing to pay 9-12 months of the lease term if i have to
