Moving from Arizona to Colorado on January 1st 2013, in need of rental with 2 bed 1 bath, fenced yard, dogs allowed, washer/dryer in unit and max rent $900 monthly. Looking for home to stay in for the next few years so no month to month leases please! :)

Hello,

My name is Lisette and my boyfriend and I are moving to the Denver area in Colorado at the end of this year. We will be driving from Arizona on January 1st 2013 and will be visiting at the beginning of December to hopefully find a place to rent!

Minimum Requirements:

2 Bedroom 1 Bath
Washer & Dryer in Unit
Small Dogs Allowed (We have one 14 lb 5 year old Cockapoo)
Fenced Yard
Rent Max $900 per month

I know it's so early to be looking but we really want to have something ready to make the move as smooth as possible!

Thank You

Depending on where you're looking to move in Denver $900 may be slightly low for what you're looking for unfortunately. Many two bedrooms close to Denver are typically apartments which do not have yards. You may also want to factor in that with your pet there will typically be pet rent & a pet deposit required as well so make sure you keep that in mind. Looking in the towns surrounding Denver may be your best option, you may be able to find a townhouse which will have a fenced yard. I would look into Townhouse Communities in the area and see their pet policies & expenses for having a pet.

Hope this helps!

Thanks so much! Yes I'm noticing this trend as well for yards :P So my boyfriend and I talked about it and decided it wasn't a necessity to have one for our dog and future dog. As for deposits go we have quite a bit saved up for down payment and deposits so thankfully we're covered there! Thanks again for the advice :)
