perty managers that have super high expectations for the renters. we need at least 3 bedrooms but would prefer 4 with a fenced decent sized back yard for our two younger children. We have spoken with many property managers and realtors and do not wish to go through a third party as we are from a small town and just dont do things that way. Would love any ideas or if you have a rental would love to speak with you. We do intend on purchasing later as we get more customed to the colorado springs areas and schools to find a place we want to make permanent. Again any ideas or knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
