I'm on disability with bad credit but with strong rental history. I'm looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental property in the SW area of Bakersfield, CA. Is there any hope for me?

moving

on
August
31, 2012. I prefer a
house
however a
duplex
, fourplex,
townhome
,
condo
or
apartment
in a good area will do. I would also like to
rent
from someone who would be willing to spread the
deposit
over a couple of months. I'm able to pay up to $
1100
in
rent
each month.
