i was wondering if i am able to break a lease 2 months early with out penalties if there are unsafe and unsanitary conditions..

when i orignaly moved into this trailer every thing seemed fine but about 2 days later i found that the trailer was infested with roaches, they are coming up threw the cracks between the walls and floors where the walls meet the floors and where the walls are supposed to meet to be exact)and to top it all off i have found roaches crawling in my 4 month old's crib, diaper bag on my clean dishes and in my bed (disgusting)i have to re-wash all my dishes before i use them because i am afraid that one my have crawled on them and check all the beds before we lay down and i hardly get any sleep at night because i am afraid that they will get on my kids there is notable soft spots in the kitchen ceiling where it "sags" and soft spots in the shower and right out side of the shower, i am afraid my son is going to step there and get hurt so can i move with out any penalties??? please answer asap i am tiered and sick of my kids having to live like this
