Seeking pet friendly, $800/mo. max for my partner and I and our 2 dogs. Anyone know of a place?

A decent yard is really the only thing that's at the top of our list of what we're looking for. The size of the house itself doesn't really matter but the location must be within 20-30 minutes from downtown Asheville. We both have stable jobs, great credit, great references, and are responsible, trustworthy people. If you, or anyone you know have some information on a cool place, please let us know!
